Vegan maple syrup and La Vie™ bacon pancakes

180g flour
10g baking powder
100g creme fraiche
30g sugar
275ml plant-based milk
10ml vanilla extract
30ml neutral oil
5ml cider vinegar
Step 1:
In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 2:
In another bowl, mix the milk, creme fraiche, vanilla extract, oil and vinegar. Add this mixture to the first, and mix happily.
Step 3:
Heat a frying pan with a little oil and drop in some nice spoonfuls of pancake batter.
When the edges are well cooked, turn the pancakes over and finish cooking them.
Step 4:
In another pan, with a touch of oil and a lot of love, cook the bacon slices.
If that's your thing, when they're done, you can add a little maple syrup to the pan to caramelize the bacon.
Step 5:
Place the pancakes on a plate, bacon slices on top, and submerge in maple syrup.
